Bless this day with light,
Bless this day with love,
Before we even get out of bed.
Let's set our intention for the day,
Let's set our vibration,
So that we step into the field of light that originates from within us.
Whether you're lying down or seated,
Turn your attention inward now.
Ideally the spine is straight,
The heart and mind,
Arms and legs are uncrossed,
So that we can be in a nice open and receptive position.
Becoming aware of that sacred breath as it enters the body,
Feeling it go to any areas that need a little extra light,
A little extra love in this moment.
If you need to stretch or loosen up,
Feel free to do so.
And on the exhale,
Give yourself permission to allow every thought,
Every belief,
Every habit that no longer serves you,
Conscious or unconscious,
To dissolve into light on the exhale,
Creating more and more space on every out-breath for that sacred in-breath,
That breath of light,
Your Holy Spirit,
As long as you are in this perfect body,
Perfect because it is yours,
Precious because we only get one.
We can't turn it in and get a new one,
We have to treasure every molecule in this sacred body of ours.
So let's bring our attention to those molecules within us,
Seeing them perhaps now as stars,
Beautiful glimmers of light,
That do so much for us without our even thinking about it.
That light pumping through our blood,
That light radiating through our bones,
That light of the muscles in the skin.
And look deeper,
Look into that sacred heart center.
Maybe you start to see a light that has no beginning and no end,
Just this pure light growing brighter with every inhale and every exhale of your awareness,
A light of ten billion suns that grows even brighter when we bow to it,
As we feel this light permeating our physical body,
Feeling that light washing through all the layers of your being,
Through the mental body,
Through the emotional body,
Through the subtle body,
Feeling the radiance of your being shining through the room that you're sitting in,
Lighting up everything in the room,
All objects,
Any pets or people,
All blessed by the light that is shining out from you.
Feel now that beautiful glow washing through your entire home,
All the systems and structures that make up your home,
As that light washes through the whole structure and down into the earth,
Feeling that light,
The light of your eternal heart,
As it meets the heart of Mother Earth.
Feel that holy connection,
Your infinite spirit,
Meeting the infinitely loving,
Infinitely creative heart of Mother Earth,
Divinely held,
Divinely supported by this loving heart center.
And as you rest at one with this profoundly creative heart,
See and feel this light increasing as it ascends through all the layers of the earth,
Through the crystals,
Through the minerals,
The stones,
The oils,
The soils,
Through the water,
Through the rock and sand,
Feel this light ascending and washing through the grasses,
Through the deserts,
Through the mountains,
The jungles,
Through the forests,
Through our cities,
Our neighborhoods,
That light washing through all the plants,
All the animals,
All the bodies of water,
All beings everywhere,
Blessed by light,
Blessed by the love that abounds from your infinite heart.
With ease,
Feel yourself ascending on gentle waves of love,
Up through the sky,
Drinking in the golden light of the sun,
Absorbing that golden light into every cell,
Every atom of your being.
As you ascend on the rays of the sun,
Into the stars,
Through the cosmos,
Find yourself arriving in the heart of the source of your highest consciousness.
What does this holy space feel like?
What does it look like?
Perhaps loving ancestors,
Perhaps angels or ascended masters,
Holy beings join you.
Perhaps you just rest in the sensations of light,
Love,
Spaciousness.
Just allow for whatever you most need at this time,
Beautiful,
Now,
As charged with the light of our highest consciousness,
We will find ourselves gently descending through the cosmos,
As one with all the stars in the universe,
Like a floating field of stars made of love,
At one with the source of light,
We float ever so gently toward our sacred mother earth,
Gently raining love and grace,
Peace and light down through our earth's precious atmosphere,
Observing this light as it flows to all living beings,
All of nature,
All humans,
All animals,
All creatures,
All of life,
Leaving nothing,
Leaving no one out.
See that light blessing your planet,
Your country,
Your home,
Your precious body,
Feel yourself charged with the light of the heart of mother earth,
And the light of the heart of your highest consciousness,
Feel this profound and limitless light flowing from your heart out into your day,
Allow this light to flow out ahead of you and fill every step you will take,
See it filling every space you will enter,
Blessing every path you will walk,
Every road you will travel,
And all beings on your path,
Feel it blessing every person you will encounter,
Blessing every word you speak,
And finally,
If you wish,
Let's affirm with love,
May I and all beings be one with love and the causes of love,
May I and all beings be one with peace and grace and the causes of peace and grace,
May I and all beings be at one with reverence and gratitude and joy and the causes of reverence gratitude and joy,
And may I all beings and this day be blessed with the love and light that I am,
May my oneness with love guide my every thought,
Every word,
Action,
Deed,
And intention,
May the love in my heart bless the world today and always,
