Settling in.
Sit or lie with the spine straight.
Start open.
Belly relaxed.
Ideally arms and legs uncrossed.
But whatever is most comfortable.
Turning your attention inward now.
Observing the breath as it enters the body.
Not controlling.
Just noticing that precious breath of light.
Aware as it enters the nostrils.
Fills the lungs.
And releases.
If there's any stiffness.
Any holding.
See if you can direct your breath into those spaces.
Letting the inhale fill those spaces with light.
And letting the exhale release anything that's no longer serving you.
Just allowing every inhale to bring with it space and air and light.
And every exhale.
To release any and all conscious or unconscious,
Unwanted,
Unneeded.
Beliefs.
Sensations.
Breathing in light.
Breathing out light.
As the light fills your inner world.
Clearing anything unwanted.
Feeling that light expand from the very center of your being.
Through the physical body.
Through the mental body.
Through the emotional body.
Through the subtle body.
Just like a sun radiating light.
Brightest from the center.
Becoming more subtle.
As the light of your essence expands in all directions.
In all dimensions.
Observing a ray of light from the center of your being.
Descending down into the earth.
Feeling that texture of the earth.
Feeling that light of your essence descending through all the layers of the earth.
And beginning to feel that gentle heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Calling you toward it.
And as you meet the heart of Mother Earth.
Gently extending roots of light to merge and become one with this loving heart center.
Divinely grounded.
Finally centered and supported by the heart of the earth.
Feeling your own heartbeat synchronized to the heartbeat of the earth.
And feeling that pulsation rising up through all the living beings of the earth.
And moving into your physical body swirling through the base of the spine.
Spiraling upward clearing the energy center at the very base of the spine.
And swirling upward through the sex organs clearing the energy here.
Filling it with light and gentleness.
And feeling that spiral of light vibrating up through the solar plexus.
Clearing and aligning the center.
Feeling that light flowing through the heart now.
Gently releasing any holding.
And as more air fills the space,
Feeling that light spiraling up through the throat.
And now the ears,
The third eye center,
That sacred seat of the intuition.
Feeling that spiral of light clearing and opening the center.
And now feeling that spiral of light opening at the crown.
Feeling more space,
More air at the crown.
As this field of light of your essence expands into the sky and descends through the stars,
Through the cosmos.
Seeing yourself hearing a gentle heartbeat as though infinity itself was resonating its heartbeat to yours.
As your own physical heart expands to merge and become one with the heart of the source of your highest consciousness.
Feeling yourself expanding.
As you feel lighter than light,
Just a molecule,
Just an atom moving through the cosmos.
Like a spark of dust in the sunlight,
Find yourself being called as though on a river of light toward your very own sacred healing pool.
Maybe a landscape starts to emerge.
Just notice.
Perhaps a sacred archway becomes visible.
As you near the archway,
You can feel the holiness that awaits you,
The blessings,
The power of love.
And if you wish to rest in that power,
In that healing energy,
Just flow through that archway and drop into your sacred pool.
Perhaps it's just you and the healing waters.
Most loved ones or guides would like to join you.
If you wish for their company,
Invite them into the pool and notice who appears.
They may come in a form,
They may be formless,
They may appear human,
Animal,
Musical.
Spend some time noticing what guides are present with you in this moment and if someone makes themselves known,
Ask them who they are,
How they are here to serve you and guide you,
What gifts they have to share with you.
You may wish to ask,
Is there a mantra or a phrase that will most serve me at this moment in time on the earth plane?
You may wish to ask,
What do I most need to know or understand to remain completely at peace and centered in love in my time on the earth plane.
What do I need to know in order to be most free?
Most empowered,
Most at ease.
And now,
Before we return,
Whether you are alone in the pool or with guides,
You may ask to receive a healing,
Whether it be from the sacred pool itself or from your guide.
If you wish to receive a healing,
Simply allow for that at this moment.
And if there's anything you want to leave here that you don't want to take back with you,
Anything you need help transmuting into light,
Simply allow for it to be taken from you.
Allow for the release of that which no longer serves.
Now that the healing is complete,
We'll find ourselves bowing to the sacred space and just like that filament of light begin to ascend from the water to the air,
Just like fireflies swirling through the stars,
Feeling a gentle breeze taking you back down toward the earth atmosphere,
Like a shower of light just gently floating,
Feeling all the souls that are part of this meditation,
Blessing the earth's atmosphere with this light,
The rain of light and love and peace as you return to the earth.
And as you near your auric field,
Feeling a gentle splash of light as your spirit drops into the crown,
A beautiful subtle lavender color and as you descend through the third eye,
A beautiful deep indigo splash of light,
A gentle teal as you near the ears,
A vast sky blue as your spirit fills the throat,
A beautiful spring green as you enter into the heart,
Gold of 10 billion suns as you enter the solar plexus,
Brilliant orange as you drop into the sex organs and as you land into the root of your being,
A beautiful ruby red light taking some nice deep breaths as you gently release your roots from the heart of mother earth and feel that light of your essence gently returning,
Filling up the souls of your feet and fully releasing from the heart of source,
Feeling that golden light flow around your whole being enveloping you in the light of your own divine essence.
