Begin by settling in.
Observe the breath as it gently moves through the body.
Notice the breath flowing through the spinal column.
And that breath through the whole skeletal structure.
Feeling that light of the breath washing through all the internal organs.
Feeling it growing brighter,
Washing through the blood,
Through the muscles,
Through the skin.
Letting that breath expand in all directions.
Becoming aware of the light at the base of the spine and soles of the feet,
Descending down into the heart of Mother Earth.
Gently extend roots of light into the heart of Mother Earth,
Allowing yourself to be held by this unconditionally loving heart center of all of nature.
As we breathe,
Allowing the love of Mother Earth to assist you in gently ascending upwards through all the layers of the earth,
Connecting to the light and love in all of nature.
And gently ascending through the sky,
Through the gold and light of the sun,
Continuing to rise up into the stars,
Through the cosmos,
Toward the very heart of the source of your highest consciousness.
As you rest here in the sacred space of the heart of the source of your highest consciousness,
Become aware of a diamond of light that radiates from your heart.
And every breath allows this diamond of light to grow so vast and brilliant,
It expands beyond your being,
Beyond your energy field,
And begins to illuminate the space you are sitting in,
Revealing it to be a sacred temple of radiant light.
As you rest in the center,
You become aware of a loving energy,
A divine presence now sitting across from you.
Their energy is so profound,
Yet so familiar.
It's almost like looking in a mirror,
Except this being has none of your distinguishing features.
They are just light,
With just the hint of an outline of form quite similar to yours.
This is unquestionably a consciousness at one with unconditional love.
Their energy is so peaceful,
The embodiment of serenity,
Gentleness,
And grace.
As you sit with them,
It begins to feel like they are in awe of you.
Perceive that awe,
Bask in it as they bow to you with deep,
Deep reverence and care.
You notice they have lit a candle that is sitting on the floor between you.
Without words,
This light being makes known to you that the candle flame can receive all that you are willing to release at this time,
And transmute it completely into pure light.
You will have a few minutes in silence now to sit with this sacred flame of light to release into the flame all that keeps you from being pure love,
Pure peace,
Pure freedom,
And joy,
Just like the being that is sitting across from you.
Notice what arises to be released and offer it into the flame.
Beautiful.
As you become fully free of all that you have released,
Fully clear of anything that's keeping you from being in harmony with the light that you are,
Begin to notice as you look down at yourself there's hardly anything remaining of the being you once knew.
You are now a perfect mirror of the light being sitting across from you.
You and the light being gently bow and blow out the candle together.
You no longer need it.
There is so much light.
The light from each of you grows so bright it merges and you inhale as one being of pure light.
That love,
That light grows so powerfully that you and the light being of your highest consciousness,
That part of you that is always one with unconditional love,
Is now inseparable from the personality known as you.
As one with unconditional love,
Unlimited light,
Feel that sacred temple of light begin to slowly pull back into the diamond light in your heart center.
And all that is left of you is this diamond of light.
You look around,
Appearing to be one of many brilliant diamonds of light,
Just like stars in the cosmos,
Just resting as light in the vast sky.
Maybe you begin to recognize some of these other stars,
Other like-minded,
Light-hearted beings,
Just resting in their light,
Radiating unconditional love,
Pure awareness,
Pure presence.
As a collective consciousness,
We begin to bring this light back toward our sacred earth plane.
And gently rain it down,
Taking pleasure in how we softly descend from the heart of love.
Maybe we look and feel like gentle falling snow crystals,
Maybe like beautiful spirals of light in a sunbeam,
Gently extending blessings through all of Mother Earth,
Through all living beings,
And feeling that light begin to wash through the space that you're sitting in.
And gently observing that light as it spirals into the crown of your being,
Revealing that beautiful,
Subtle violet light,
Your harmony with the source of oneness.
And feeling that light gently spiraling through the third eye center,
That sacred seat of the intuition.
Feeling that indigo blue light radiating here.
And feeling that light gently opening and harmonizing those sacred ear chakras,
A beautiful teal light glowing here.
And as you breathe,
Feeling the vast sky blue of the throat,
Your sacred center of truth,
Radiating in all directions.
And with ease,
Feeling that light expanding through the spring green of the heart,
Your precious heart,
Your precious heart,
This precious heart.
And breathing that sacred light of the breath now down through the golden light of the sun,
Of the solar plexus,
Your center of will and power and commitment to your soul's purpose,
Your soul's radiance here in this body,
On this earth.
And with ease now allowing that spiral of light to move and open through the hips,
Through the sex organs,
Aligning the sacred center of creativity,
Pleasure,
And self-identity to the brilliant glowing orange,
That creative fire of your most authentic self.
And at last,
Into the ruby red light at the base of the spine,
Your center of security and foundation in this body,
On this earth,
Feel that ruby red harmonized to the ruby red light of the heart of mother earth,
Divinely supported,
Divinely connected and held by the loving heart of mother earth and feeling that light flowing through the soles of your feet.
Take all the time you need to integrate all that has just transpired.
And may the light that you are,
May the love of your being forevermore lead the way.
