Settling in,
Finding yourself in a nice comfortable position that allows the spine to be straight,
The body to be centered and relaxed,
The heart open.
Closing your eyes,
Turning your attention inward,
Becoming aware of the breath as it enters the body,
Observing as it exits,
Beginning to feel that breath of light grow brighter as it washes through every cell,
Every atom.
And like a wind clearing through the system as you exhale,
Feeling that breath of light gently releasing all that no longer serves you.
Allowing every inhale to wash and expand your light and allowing every exhale to take with it any and all unwanted,
Unneeded physical sensations,
Any emotions,
Beliefs,
Habits or thought forms,
Conscious or unconscious,
That no longer serve you.
Feeling them dissolve on the exhale into pure,
Neutral energy.
And on the next inhale,
Feeling that breath of light wash through the whole spinal column,
Lighting up each vertebra,
Feeling that light expanding through the whole physical body,
Through the mental body,
Through the emotional body and subtle body.
And as you breathe,
Feeling that light expand now in all directions,
In all dimensions,
Feeling your ray of light gently descending down through the base of the spine,
Through the soles of the feet,
Into the earth,
Like sacred tree roots descending toward the heart of Mother Earth.
Observing any images or sensations that arise as you near the heart of Mother Earth and gently extend those roots of light to become one with the heart of the earth,
Divinely connected,
Divinely supported and held by this loving heart center.
Beginning to feel your own heartbeat synchronized to the heartbeat of Mother Earth and feeling that gentle pulsation of light vibrating up.
Through all the layers of the earth,
All the layers of your being,
Feeling that light ascending through the crown towards the sun.
And as the light of your essence meets the light of the sun,
Feeling every cell,
Every atom harmonized to this golden light.
And gently ascending on the rays of that sun through the stars,
Through the cosmos,
Feeling yourself lifted through an infinite field of light.
And as you move through this field of light,
Finding yourself floating toward the heart of the source of your own highest consciousness.
Feeling to sense what the space of the heart of your highest consciousness feels like.
Perhaps observing a beautiful silvery light appearing at your feet like a pool,
A sacred pool,
A mirror of your highest consciousness,
A reflection of your most unconditionally loving self.
Look in that water,
That sacred water.
Perhaps you see a reflection of the self you know,
The person you identify as on planet earth.
Perhaps you simply see light or an animal or an angelic or holy image.
Just notice who's looking back at you from that sacred pool of unconditional love.
You may wish to ask this being,
This consciousness,
This source of unconditional love.
What do I most need to see,
To know,
To understand in order to love myself unconditionally now?
What do I need to see,
To know,
To understand,
To understand?
Perhaps this form of you that is you as unconditional love.
Can demonstrate what unconditional love looks and feels like.
Perhaps they emerge from the pool to show you.
Perhaps you enter the pool to be shown.
You decide.
You decide.
Perhaps you feel inspired to ask,
Is there a symbol,
A tool,
A mantra,
A ritual that will help me when back in ordinary reality to remember this truth,
This oneness with unconditional love always.
Is there anything else this aspect of you,
This master of unconditional love has to share?
Now a gentle bow if you wish to this unconditional love that is you and the space of your highest consciousness that is always available to you.
We prepare to return to our ordinary reality on planet earth in our bodies.
So if we've entered the pool,
We gently ascend.
And if that aspect of unconditional love was working with us outside of the pool,
Perhaps seeing them reenter,
Dissolving into that sacred space of light as we find ourselves gently floating back through the field of stars,
The field of our highest consciousness,
Like a leaf on the wind,
Gently floating through the cosmos,
Seeing ourselves and all the beings practicing this meditation like a gentle mist floating toward planet earth as ambassadors of unconditional self love,
Therefore,
Effortless,
Unconditional love for all and feeling our gentle rain envelope planet earth with unconditional love for all beings,
All spaces.
And as we descend down toward the structure that we are sitting in,
Feeling that space blessed with light,
The light of unconditional love.
And as you near the room that you're sitting in feeling that fill with the light of unconditional love and as you enter your crown chakra,
Feeling that beautiful violet splash of light,
Beautiful indigo as you enter the third eye center to brilliant teal at the ear chakras,
The vast sky blue of the throat,
The subtle spring green at the heart,
Gold and light at the solar plexus,
Brilliant orange at the sex organs and coming to settle in the very root of your being,
The base of the spine and that ruby red light of the root chakra rooted in your infinite consciousness of unconditional love and divinely rooted in the loving heart of mother earth,
Allowing yourself to rest in this space of unconditional love as long as you wish and consciously carry it with you everywhere you go throughout this day.
And so it is.
