Settling in,
Finding yourself in a nice,
Comfortable position,
Spine straight,
Heart open,
Body relaxed,
Gently turning your attention to the inhale,
Observing that breath of light as it washes through the nostrils,
Through the eyes and forehead,
Feeling that light washing through the whole skeletal structure,
Pouring through the spinal column,
Down through the bones of the feet and out through the soles of the feet.
As you breathe,
Feeling that light of your essence gently descending,
Like the roots of a tree,
Down into the soil,
Through all the layers of the earth,
And as you near that sacred heart center of Mother Earth,
Gently extending roots of light to merge and become one with the heart of the earth,
Divinely rooted,
Divinely connected,
And supported by this loving heart center,
And as you inhale,
Feeling that pulsation of light vibrating up through all the layers of the earth,
Through all the layers of your being,
Feeling that light washing through the physical body,
Through the mental body,
Through the emotional body,
And subtle body,
And feeling that light of your essence ascending through the crown,
Through the air,
Through the golden light of the sun,
As every cell,
Every atom harmonizes to this golden light,
Finding yourself effortlessly rising on the rays of that sun,
Through the stars,
Through the cosmos,
Into what appears as an infinite ocean of divine light,
Divine love,
Divine wisdom,
And grace,
And as you near the heart of the source of your own highest consciousness,
Feeling your own heart opening,
Becoming one with this infinite field of light,
And with ease,
Finding yourself now,
Seeing a path stretch out before you,
Observe the path,
What is it made of,
Just feeling the texture,
Feeling your body as it moves down the path,
Observing anything around you,
Delighting in what emerges,
And you begin to see come into focus,
Not far up ahead,
A beautiful,
Crystalline,
Violet pyramid of light,
It's calling you toward it,
A doorway becomes illuminated,
A radiant opening of light,
You pause before the opening of this sacred space,
And as you stand in the doorway,
Simply stating,
Hi yourself,
However you wish to appear before me today,
I am ready to meet you,
To learn from you,
To receive divine guidance from you,
And as you state this intention,
Feeling yourself moving through that doorway,
Perhaps light grows brighter as you enter this sacred pyramid,
Feeling its vastness,
Noticing what's in this space,
Are there crystals,
Are there waterfalls,
Plants,
Animals,
Delighting in this sacred space,
Feeling yourself guided to the very center of the pyramid,
Observing two beautiful cushions facing one another,
One is silver,
And the other,
Just across from it,
Is gold,
Making yourself comfortable in the silver cushion,
Looking out across at the golden cushion,
Just beyond it,
There's another opening,
And you notice the spark of light growing brighter as it approaches the cushion across from you,
Your higher self is arriving,
Observe,
If they remain as light,
Perhaps they take a form,
Maybe human,
Maybe angelic,
Maybe ascended master,
Animal,
Plant,
Something from the realm of nature possibly,
Just notice how does your higher self present to you on this day,
As they bow to you,
Feel their essence moving through every cell,
Every atom of your being,
As they sit across from you on the golden pillow,
Breathing in their energy,
Their wisdom,
Taking a few moments now to ask your higher self anything you wish to know,
If you are seeking guidance on a particular decision at this time,
If you are in need of healing,
Or you can simply ask,
What do I most need to know at this time,
In the next few minutes,
Listening,
Observing,
Honoring and receiving the gifts of your higher self,
Taking a moment to ask your higher self,

As you receive this wisdom,

Simply open your arms,
Open your heart,
And allow that healing energy to flow from your higher self,

And as you receive this gift,
Bowing to your higher self,
As your higher self bows to you,
And for a moment,
Embracing one another,
Divinely merged,
No separation from your limitless consciousness,
And your personality consciousness in this lifetime,
Seeing them delight as one,
And as you bow again,
Seeing the light of your higher self,
Growing brighter,
Knowing it is time to return,
And this sacred space lives inside your heart,
You can visit this sacred pyramid anytime you wish to receive blessings,
And healing,
And guidance,
And for now,
Seeing your higher self travel back through the doorway as you return,
Through the opposite doorway of the sacred pyramid that you entered,
Feeling yourself exiting this holy crystalline pyramid of light,
And taking all its blessings inside yourselves,
Bowing upon exiting,
And feeling the path begin to carry you like a gentle stream of light,
As though you were a feather on that stream,
And that gentle stream becomes a beautiful waterfall of light,
And the feather of your essence floats down through that waterfall of light,
Through the stars,
Through the cosmos,
Seeing yourself as the feather and the waterfall of light,
Simultaneously blessing the earth's atmosphere,
Extending love to all living beings,
All hearts,
All souls,
Microscopic and mountainous,
Seeing that light bless every aspect of mother earth,
And going all the way to her very heart,
And as you breathe near your auric field,
Feeling that splash of violet light of the crown,
That beautiful indigo light of the third eye,
The teal of those sacred ear chakras,
The vast sky blue of the throat,
That healing green of the heart,
The golden light of the solar plexus,
Beautiful vital orange of the sex organs,
And finally resting in that ruby light at the root of your being,
Your center of security,
And foundation in this body,
On this earth,
Resting here as long as you like,
Integrating the love,
The healing,
And wisdom of your highest consciousness,
And so it is,
