Settling in,
Finding yourself in a nice comfortable position.
Mind straight,
Body relaxed,
Heart open,
Turning your attention to your breath.
That beautiful force of light as it moves with ease through the body,
Washing through the cells and tissue,
Washing through all the internal organs,
Growing brighter as it pumps through the blood,
Washes through the bones,
With every inhale and every exhale,
Feeling the light of your essence growing brighter as it expands through the whole physical body,
Releasing with it on every exhale all that no longer serves you mentally,
Physically,
Emotionally feeling that light fill the space,
Allowing all that no longer serves to gently dissolve with every breath,
Feeling that light growing brighter as though your very being were a sun that expands in all directions,
In all dimensions,
Feeling this light of your essence pouring into the heart of the earth and ascending into the heart of the source of your own highest consciousness.
As you rest divinely rooted in the heart of the earth and divinely aligned in the heart of the source of your highest consciousness,
Allowing yourself to open like a flower,
Perhaps sensing some aspect of your being ascending upward,
Like a blossom on the wind,
Floating through the sky on a gentle updraft of air,
Lifting,
Being called to the stars,
Floating through the cosmos,
Perhaps noticing other blossoms of light floating around you,
Perhaps noticing more and more of these blossoms of light floating through space and to what feels like an infinite ocean of light.
And when you meet this ocean of light dissolving into that vastness,
That limitless light,
That expanse of grace,
Perhaps it feels like floating,
Perhaps it feels like dissolving into that space of no thought,
No self,
Just ease,
Just light.
Perhaps it feels as though you are a battery being recharged.
Simplifying your light simply by resting in the essence,
The limitless essence of your light.
Breathing in light,
Breathing out light,
Breathing in a sense of freedom,
Breathing out freedom,
Breathing in peace,
Serenity,
Bliss,
Breathing out peace,
Serenity,
Bliss,
Bliss.
Sensing wings of light forming around you like a butterfly.
Should you feel the need to sway or move your body,
Just allowing the light to move through you as it lifts you on that gentle breeze once again,
Just like a butterfly joyfully floating on that breeze,
Remembering the flower from where you emerged,
Feeling it calling you home,
Floating through the cosmos,
Drifting through the stars,
And as you near the Earth's atmosphere,
Feeling beautiful showers of light flowing down to Mother Earth with you,
Through you,
Feeling that light as a blessing from the divine to all living beings on the Earth,
All who need light,
All who long for their memory of light,
Just effortlessly as you float toward the center of the flower of your being,
That light flows like a gentle mist,
And as you near the beautiful vine,
That light of your crown,
Feeling that as though polished by the light,
Always connected to your divine source of consciousness,
Never separate,
As you float into the indigo of the third eye,
Always aligned to your source of intuition,
As you float through the ears,
Feeling that teal blue harmony of the ear chakras opened in balance to always hear your divine inner wisdom,
Feeling that light pouring through the throat,
That sky blue of the throat,
Always at one with your divine source of truth,
Feeling that light flood that spring green of the heart with ease and grace and joy as the heart radiates divine love,
Divine compassion,
Divine grace,
And as you drop into that navel center,
Feeling the whole solar plexus as gold and bright and vital as the sun,
One with your limitless source of power,
And seeing that vibrant orange of the sex organs,
Your center of creativity,
Creativity,
Pleasure,
And self-identity glowing that beautiful orange light of your greatest joy,
Your most authentic creative essence,
And finally feeling yourself drop right into that beautiful ruby red light at the base of the spine,
Your center of security and foundation in this body,
On this earth,
Observing this ruby red light as it holds you as one with your infinite divine foundation,
Feeling this beautiful rainbow of light washing through the soles of the feet,
Radiating up through the base of the spine,
Enveloping your whole being in a beautiful crystalline rainbow light,
Exactly the level and vibration that you need to remain at one with your infinite divine source of love and consciousness,
And simultaneously very centered here in the heart of Mother Earth,
Grounded in your physical body,
Aware of where your feet meet the floor,
Where your body meets the surface you are resting on,
And as you breathe,
More aware of your breath in your body,
Giving yourself time to return,
Stretching,
Rotating wrists and ankles,
Taking your time,
But when you are ready,
Opening your eyes and drinking some water.
