The ocean looks inviting, calm and safe. You can hear the sounds of the waves lapping against the shore. You slowly walk into the warm water, feeling the water embracing and calming each part of your body. There is a sense of freedom and release as you float, being supported and nurtured by the healing powers of the ocean.

Finding yourself at a beautiful beach.

This beach is beautiful and so calm,

There's no one around and it's a place that brings a sense of security and safety.

And in front of you,

You can see this magnificent water,

It's a very gentle waves lap against the shore and you start to walk towards this water,

Dipping your feet in and feeling the warmth of the water over your toes,

The tops of your feet,

Your soles and heels and right up to your ankles,

You might like to scrunch your feet against the sand,

Feeling the stability,

The coarse sand beneath your feet,

That connection with the earth.

But the water is calling you,

Inviting you to walk slowly into this beautiful warmth,

Feeling the water moving up over your shins and calves to your knees and over your thighs and quads and over your pelvis and hips,

The water embracing your body as it moves up over your abdomen and lower back and up to your chest and lower back and your hands just starting to play gently within the water,

Your fingertips,

Just moving over the surface of the water,

You might like to start to cup the water and move your hands,

Playing,

And then allowing your hands to immerse into this warm embracing water,

Feeling the water moving over your fingertips,

The backs of your hands,

Your palms,

Your wrists and up to your elbows,

Now just sinking down,

Allowing this ocean,

This water to embrace you,

To support you,

Bringing the water right up to your shoulders,

As your feet touch the ground,

And you might like to just lift your feet off the ground,

Allowing them to float to the surface and allowing your head to fall back into the water as you float effortlessly on top of this warm water,

Perhaps your hands and legs are stretched out,

Your body feels weightless,

There's a sense of freedom,

A sense of relief and release as you float,

And what's happening within your body,

What emotions are coming up for you now,

And where in your body can you feel these emotions,

Perhaps in your stomach,

And how are your thoughts,

Are they starting to slow down,

Is there a pause between your thoughts,

And as the ocean embraces you and supports you,

Staying here for a while,

Enjoying this moment of solitude and safety and calmness,

And enjoy.
