Good morning.
Welcome to today's guided meditation.
I'll invite you to simply settle into a nice comfortable space.
Soften your shoulders,
Soften the facial muscles.
Get nice and grounded here,
Taking your time.
Of course,
Reminding yourself that you're not in a rush.
Find a nice gentle breath in through your nose when you're ready.
And a little sigh out the mouth,
Just letting it go.
I'll invite you to just gently close your eyes.
Come present home to your space,
Home to the sounds around you.
Noticing any aroma,
Any smells,
Any tastes,
Anything that is in this moment.
Just noticing.
And allowing yourself just these few moments here in the morning to ground in,
To settle in,
And to set up for a wonderful day ahead.
A beautiful day on deck.
Take a nice breath in and a long breath out.
And continue with that nice,
Long,
Even inhale.
And slow,
Steady exhale.
As you invite just a gentle little mantra into your meditation practice for this morning.
I am calm and content.
I am calm and content.
I am calm and content.
As we allow ourselves to repeat this mantra,
We notice these waves of relaxation and presence that come over us.
We notice this subtle rise and fall of the belly with no need to do anything in this moment,
Other than breathe and be as perfect as you are,
Right here,
Right now.
Notice these breaths in and breaths out.
Noticing how just a few moments of breathing,
Grounding,
And connecting really set us up for a beautiful day ahead.
Having a bit of intention behind our breath.
Waves of calm and contentedness.
We'll repeat this mantra just a few more times here on this beautiful day.
This day full of infinite possibilities.
I am calm and content.
I am calm and content.
I am calm and content.
Take that mantra out with you into the world today as you shine your light,
Share your gift,
And be uniquely you.
Slowly start to wiggle the fingers.
Slowly start to wiggle the toes.
Maybe gently fluttering the eyes open.
Coming home back to your space.
Fully prepared now for this most beautiful day ahead.
Namaste,
My friends.
