Welcome to today's brief conscious breath meditation.
Allow yourself this moment to find a nice comfortable seat,
A long spine,
Cross legs.
Settle your shoulders back and down.
And simply allow yourself this opportunity to take a nice big inhale breath through your nose and sigh it out the mouth.
Let's do that again,
A nice big inhale through your nose.
A gentle sigh out the mouth.
One more time,
Inhale.
Sigh it out.
And simply recognize in this moment that one conscious inhale and one conscious exhale is a meditation in its own right.
When we take the time to link a few of them together,
We allow ourselves this wonderful gift of presence,
This gift of now.
Enjoy the gift and take it with you throughout your day,
One conscious breath in and out at a time.
