As always,
Let's bring our attention to our breathing.
Let's deep breaths in,
Hold in just for a moment those long breaths out.
And now on the next breath,
Let's notice the feeling of our chest expanding on those deep breaths in.
Then contracting on those long breaths out.
And on this next breath,
Let's really feel our body start to relax.
The feeling of our shoulders rounding,
Our arms feeling heavy,
Our body becoming relaxed.
Now let's keep our attention on our breath just for a moment longer.
If your mind starts to wander,
Don't worry.
Just bringing it back to your breathing.
Good.
Now let's bring our attention to our body.
We start at the top of our head and we'll work our way down.
Let's make sure that our brow is relaxed.
Make sure that our jaw is unclenched and relaxed.
Our tongue relaxed in our mouth,
Not pressing against the top of our mouth.
Let's slowly go down the rest of our body and notice how our body is feeling.
Let's not dwell on those feelings.
Let's just be aware of any tension,
Any niggles as we pass down our body.
We start at our shoulders,
Which is a place where tension can gather.
And on that rhythmic breathing,
Those deep breaths in and long breaths out,
Let's picture on that long breath any stress or tension just dropping away out of your shoulders.
On each one of those long breaths out,
Your shoulders becoming more relaxed and dropping down.
Now let's bring our attention to our chest and our stomach.
The sensation of our chest rising and falling.
With each one,
Those deep breaths in and long breaths out.
The sensation of our stomach extending with each one of those deep breaths in and then contracting those long breaths out.
The sensation of the air passing over your lips and tongue and those deep breaths.
The feeling of relaxation washing over your body as you allow those rhythmic breaths to really take hold.
Now let's bring our attention to our back.
Our back pressed against the seat behind us or if we're laid down on the ground or the bed.
Or if you're sat upright.
The feeling of your spine and the muscles perfectly aligned.
Again,
That sensation of your breath moving your back with each one of those deep breaths in and long breaths out.
Now let's continue down to our hips.
Any tension or any pain in there,
Be aware.
And move on further down your legs to your knees,
Down past your knees,
Past your calves and to your feet.
Firmly grounded to the earth beneath you.
And at that point,
We're going to pause.
Now let's let our attention wane from our body and from our breathing and just allow a moment for our mind to run free.
As the thoughts come into your mind,
Don't judge them and try not to dwell on them.
Allow them to come and go again.
Good.
Now let's bring our attention to our crown.
As open our crown chakra,
We visualize the image of a closed lotus flower.
Lotus flower slowly opening.
As the lotus flower opens,
We see the infinite perfect energy of the universe flowing into our crown.
Refreshing our body,
Our mind and connecting us back to source.
And we visualize the golden perfect energy slowly filling our body from our crown down.
Down past our neck.
Down past our shoulders.
Past our chest and our back.
To our hips.
Down the tops of our legs.
Down past our calves.
And to our feet.
And as the energy touches our feet.
The energy continues.
Continues flowing through our body.
Extending deep back into the earth beneath us.
The sensation of our body,
Mind and spirit perfectly grounded back to mother earth.
Connected back to source.
To the infinite perfect energy flowing through our bodies.
Washing away any tension,
Any stressors,
Any anxiety back through to mother earth.
And we visualize ourself bathed in the perfect golden energy of the universe.
Flowing through our bodies.
Cleansing our mind,
Body and spirit.
Taking any negativity and passing it back to mother earth.
And now we give thanks.
We give thanks for the gift.
The infinite energy flowing through our body.
Cleansing our mind,
Our body and spirit.
And in your own mind,
Repeat these affirmations.
I give thanks for all life's blessings.
I am loved and I am infinite love.
I am grounded and centered to this very moment.
I give thanks for all life's blessings.

And now as our body,
Mind and spirit has taken what's needed back from source.
We visualize ourselves emanating perfect golden energy of the universe.
We now close our crown chakra with a visualization of the lotus flower slowly closing.
The energy flowing through our body leaving our mind,
Body and spirit refreshed,
Re-energized and cleansed.
And we see the energy pulling back,
Back from the earth and sealing our body at our feet and our crown as a perfect vessel of the infinite energy that surrounds all of us and every living creature.
And we now bring our attention back to our body,
The feeling of our feet firmly planted to the ground beneath us.
The feeling of our legs pressing to the seat or the floor beneath us.
The sensation of our breath entering our lungs.
Expanding our chest.
The feeling of our hands,
Heavy like lead.
Now we bring our attention back to our breathing.
As deep breaths in,
Long breaths out.
And finally,
We give thanks once again for the gift of the infinite perfect energy from the universe.
