Your arms relaxed,
Hands on your lap,
And your breathing slow and rhythmic.
Be aware of how our body's feeling.
Any tension in your shoulders,
Allow that to drop.
Make sure your jaw is unclenched,
Your brow relaxed.
Now let's become aware of our environment,
The sounds in the room,
The light and shade in front of your eyes.
Now let's bring our attention back to our breathing.
Deep breaths in and long breaths out,
Allowing your mind just to relax,
Your mind to let go,
Allow any tension,
Any stressors,
Just to wash away with those deep breaths in and long breaths out.
Now let's focus our breathing onto our root chakra.
Let's visualize the image of a lotus flower slowly opening.
As we see the flower slowly opening,
We bring in the color red.
Lotus flower bathed in the color red,
Grounding you in the here and now.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths as we focus on our root chakra.
Let's deep breaths in,
Holding for one second,
Then those long breaths out.
And when you're ready,
Allow your focus to move up to your sacral chakra,
The chakra of emotional intelligence.
Let's breathe into that chakra and again visualize the image of the lotus flower softly opening.
We introduce the color orange as the chakra opens,
Again breathing in the color orange,
Allowing the balancing,
Empowering energy of the chakra.
As we breathe in,
Holding for one second and breathing out again.
Let's keep those breaths going with the visualization of the lotus,
The orange nourishing light around the chakra.
And when you're ready,
Allow your attention to move to your solar plexus,
The chakra of personal power.
Again,
Let's bring that image of the lotus flower softly opening as you breathe in the nourishing healing color yellow.
Taking those long breaths in,
Holding for one second and those deep breaths out.
As you breathe in the color yellow,
As it replenishes you of vital energies and nurturing you with the color of sunshine.
Keep those deep breaths in and long breaths out going.
And when you're ready,
Bring your attention to your heart chakra,
The chakra of infinite love.
Again visualize the lotus flower slowly opening and inviting the color of green or of pink,
Whichever feels right for you.
Bathe the chakra in the color,
Allow the feeling of unconditional love to wash over you.
Breathe in the color into the heart chakra,
Those long,
Deep rhythmic breaths.
And when you're ready,
Bring your attention to your thought chakra,
The chakra of self-expression.
Again,
Visualize the lotus flower over the throat chakra,
Slowly expanding,
Slowly opening.
Let's introduce the color blue.
Let's breathe that color into your flesh throat chakra,
Allowing your self-expression,
Your creativity to free.
As we breathe in the color blue into our throat chakra.
And when you're ready,
Let's bring your attention to your third eye,
Chakra,
Insight and intuition.
Visualize the lotus flower slowly opening and as it does,
We introduce a color of indigo,
Bringing clarity,
Insight,
Intuition into your consciousness.
Breathing in the indigo into your chakra,
Taking those long,
Deep rhythmic breaths.
And when you feel ready,
Let's bring your attention to your crown,
The chakra of oneness.
Let's visualize the lotus flower slowly opening and becoming bathed in a violet light,
Bringing your entire consciousness and being back into balance,
Becoming one with the eternal,
Infinite energy of the universe.
As we breathe in the violet color with those long,

Let's take a moment as all the chakras are opened,
Refreshed with infinite energy from the universe.
