Hi and welcome to this morning guided meditation.

Let us begin.

Find a comfortable position sitting or laying down wherever you are comfortable.

Take a few full breaths and bring your awareness to the breath.

Continue to breathe slowly and softly as you relax.

Today is part of your life's journey.

Let's try to fill this day with joy and stillness.

Let us release any negativity,

Any worries or fears.

This is the start of a wonderful new day and a chance to create the life you wish for yourself.

Focus on the present moment and your life today on this beautiful planet we call Earth.

Now imagine having one of the best days of your life today,

A day you will remember forever.

Take a deep breath and smile.

Take a moment to feel thankful and happy.

Take all of the things that are bothering you at the moment.

Feel the calmness within you.

Feel how your whole body and mind are becoming more relaxed.

This is your life's journey.

If you find your thoughts wandering,

Gently come back to your breath and this meditation.

Thoughts are normal,

They come and go.

Simply let them pass by by focusing on your breath.

Remember,

All problems are created in our minds,

They are illusions and they cannot survive in the now,

In other words in the present moment.

The more you practice,

The more you will enter a path of calmness and your thoughts will pass by in silence and without any engagement.

That is a wonderful thing.

Continue to breathe slowly and softly throughout the rest of this meditation.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes gently and move your body softly.

Take a moment to feel how your body has softened and how your mind has become more and more relaxed.
