Welcome to this guided meditation for releasing anxiety and fear.

This meditation will help you settle the mind and allow you to come to a place of calmness with a happier state of mind.

Let's settle into a comfortable position either sitting or laying down.

Try to find your center of balance.

Close your eyes.

Now focus on your breath.

Let's start by taking three deep breaths.

Notice how the incoming air is cold and fresh.

Notice the warm air when you exhale.

Breathe in positive feelings.

Imagine releasing negative thoughts and worries when you exhale.

Continue to breathe softly.

Allow yourself to feel safe.

This is a time for you to let the mind rest.

Take a moment to feel thankful and happy and let go of the things that are bothering you at the moment.

Your life is in the present moment.

All problems are illusions of the mind and there is no need to continue to suffer and to create problems that only exist in our mind.

Focus on simply being.

If you're feeling anxious or worried by a situation or by an emotion,

Know that it's okay.

Your mind is in a survival mode and your emotion is trying to take over your consciousness.

Feel the reaction.

Notice your mood and emotions.

Just observe without getting engaged.

Become a watcher of your mind.

Focus on your breathing and go deeply in the present moment whenever you have these feelings.

Know that you're stepping out of unconsciousness.

That is a wonderful thing.

Free and anxiety are caused by being too much in the future instead of being in the present moment.

Guilt,

Resentment and grief are caused by too much past,

Too much dwelling and not enough presence in the now.

When your attention is in the present moment,

Any worries or fears cannot survive.

Continue to inhale and exhale.

Notice how you're entering into a deep state of the now.

You're stepping out of unconsciousness.

What a wonderful thing.

Absolutely.

You if You mind reached away just notice your thoughts and emotions without any judgment Let them pass by piece by piece and refocus to your breath again With regular practice you will master your thoughts You will be able to dissect them and they will no longer control you you you you you you you
