Let us begin.

Get settled into a comfortable position that will allow you to feel relaxed yet alert.

Find your center of balance.

Now focus on your breath.

Take three deep breaths.

Close your eyes if you wish.

Continue to breathe softly.

Notice how the incoming air is cold and fresh.

Imagine releasing any negative thoughts and worries.

Allow yourself to feel safe.

This is the time for you to let the mind rest.

Take a moment to simply feel thankful and happy and let go of the things that are bothering you at the moment.

Remember thoughts are normal.

They will come and go.

Feel a sense of calmness knowing that you are larger than your thoughts and that they are not a reflection of reality.

Thoughts are only thoughts,

Nothing else.

Focus on your breath and breathe in positive feelings and breathe out any negative feelings you may have.

Slowly open your eyes when you are ready.

Love your body a bit.
