Welcome to this guided meditation for releasing fear for the unknown.

Rest in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes gently.

Take a few full breaths.

Notice any tensions in your body.

What else are you feeling in your shoulders,

Your neck,

Arms and legs?

Stress and worry often create tensions and pain that do not serve us anything.

They are created in our mind and placed on our bodies.

Breathe out the tensions,

Let them go.

One breath at a time.

Imagine feeling relaxed.

Notice everything.

Now examine your thoughts and emotions.

How do you want to feel today?

Take a moment to think about this.

What are your dreams?

Let go of any fears.

Allow yourself to rest.

Fear and worry are caused by being too much in the future instead of being in the present moment.

Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is unknown.

Know that it's okay,

We cannot control the future,

But it's all well.

Be thrilled for what is yet to come.

Release any worries you have.

Stay centered and trust your path.

Something new is being created for us every day.

The universe is waiting for you.

Learn to trust the path and release the stress for the unknown.

Stay focused.

Know that you can create the life you want.

Feel how life loves you.

Notice how beautiful you are.

If you find your thoughts wandering,

Gently come back to your breath and this meditation.

Thoughts are normal,

They come and go.

Let them pass by,

Know that you're creating a space between your thoughts and yourself.

Don't run off with the story,

It's all an imagination.

It's not a reflection of you or your life.

Instead try to imagine how you want to feel and what kind of life you want.

Continue to breathe softly during the rest of this meditation.
