Let us begin.
Find a comfortable position laying in your bed or wherever is comfortable for you.
You may wrap yourself in a warm blanket.
Close your eyes and inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Do this a couple of times.
Try to let go of any tensions in your body.
Relax your shoulders,
Jaw,
Neck,
Your jeans,
Your belly,
Arms.
Feel how your body is becoming relaxed with every breath.
Allow your shoulders to fall away from your ears.
Feel your feet fall apart,
Resting.
Breathe deeply in your posture.
Release the tensions.
Feel how your muscles are softening.
You are entering into a deep sense of relaxation.
Feel your whole body sinking into your soft bed.
Feel the blanket on your body keeping you warm and safe.
Let's now focus on slowing down the race of thoughts that usually keeps us busy after a full day.
Let's try to quiet the mind with our breathing.
Warm breaths at a time.
Slow down all the activities in your mind.
Let go of your thoughts.
Slow down all the activities in your mind.
Let go.
Release everything.
Let the thoughts of your day drift away piece by piece.
The day is over.
There is nothing left to do.
You don't need to control anything.
Melt everything away.
Your mind is becoming calm and still.
You are already half to sleep.
As your body enjoys this moment of rest,
Focus again on your breath.
Inhale and exhale mindfully.
Feel the cold air coming in and the warm air coming out.
Allow yourself to feel relaxed and in peace.
Sink into this feeling.
Open your heart.
Surrender to this moment.
You are going to sleep deeply and relax.
