Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down.
Gently close your eyes,
Bring your awareness to your breathing,
Notice the breath coming in and the breath going out.
Follow your breathing mindfully and connect to the present moment.
Breathing is a very effective way to calm the nerve system and release stress and worry.
Now take a moment to notice how you are feeling.
Are you bothered by any thoughts or emotions?
Does your body feel tense?
Allow yourself to come to a place of stillness and freeing your mind from everything that does not give value to your life.
Relax and let go of everything.
Let go of any thoughts,
Emotions.
Let go of worry,
Stress.
Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is unknown,
Which is okay.
We cannot control the future,
But it's all well.
Be thrilled for what is yet to come.
Stay centered and trust your path.
You are becoming more peaceful with each breath.
Feel the air flowing through your whole body,
Expanding your lungs and softening your entire system.
Let everything go.
You are here in this moment and you are free.
Remember,
Everything in our minds are illusions.
They are not real.
We are the creation of our own mind.
This is your time to just be.
