What does it take to relate with love?
What is needed to show up in a loving way with yourself,
With a partner,
A child,
A parent,
With your whole community?
Let's take some time and drop in.
I would like you to make yourself really comfortable.
Make yourself really comfortable.
Let yourself take a few generous breaths.
Every breath is an invitation to rest inside.
You have taken this time for yourself,
Sweet friend,
To meditate on what it means to relate with love.
Let yourself get really settled.
Allow yourself to relax,
To let go into the gaps.
Let go.
Allow the body to begin to soften as you gather your attention,
Setting down all of your tasks and responsibilities.
Right now,
Offering all of your attention,
All of your sacred attention to yourself.
Every breath takes you deeper,
Deeper into the sanctuary of infinite love that resides deep within.
Because if you want to relate with love,
Then you need to be connected.
You need to be connected to the source.
Relating with love means being appreciative,
And this appreciation begins with you.
You appreciating yourself for who you are.
So sweet friend,
I wonder if it's possible for you to begin by appreciating yourself.
The fact that you are doing this meditation is a contribution.
Just by breathing,
You are contacting love.
So together,
Let us inhale love and exhale gratitude.
And as you practice this,
You are sending this message to all of your cells,
To every fiber of your body and your being.
And if there is any resistance or any part of you that feels undeserving of this love or this gratitude,
You can welcome that part because everything,
Everything is welcome here.
All of you,
Sweet friend,
Is welcome here in this moment,
In this space that we are sharing,
The space of love,
The breath of gratitude.
So let's sit together for a few minutes.
I'll hold the space and call you back so that you can focus all of your attention on inhaling love and exhaling gratitude.
One more,
Please.
Remove all HELL.
Breathing in love,
Breathing in love,
Breathing out gratitude,
Yes,
Just like that.
With every breath,
Breathing in love,
Breathing out gratitude,
Thank you,
Thank you.
