Alyssa Mattocks (they/them) is a space-holder, guide, and forever student of rest. Their teaching isn’t about doing more—it’s about unraveling, unlearning, and remembering the deep wisdom that already lives within. Rooted in Yoga Nidra, cyclical wisdom, breathwork, and sound, Alyssa’s work is an invitation to step out of the noise and into yourself. With 15+ years in wellness and over 1,000 hours of training, Alyssa has studied with mentors like Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Shanah Rivers, and Jana Roemer. As a neurodivergent (AuDHD) teacher, they understand the power of rest as a form of self-reclamation. Their approach is intuitive, trauma-aware, and deeply inclusive—welcoming all bodies, brains, and life experiences. In every experience, Alyssa creates a space where there is no need to perform, fix, or strive. Just arrive, breathe, and let yourself be.
