With 15+ years in wellness and over 1,000 hours of training, Alyssa has studied with mentors like Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Shanah Rivers, and Jana Roemer. As a neurodivergent (AuDHD) teacher, they understand the power of rest as a form of self-reclamation. Their approach is intuitive, trauma-aware, and deeply inclusive—welcoming all bodies, brains, and life experiences.
