So,
Following that light,
Noticing and observing where that takes you,
Where the breath takes you,
Allowing all that is here with us.
Every part of you is welcome to be here and now.
Now,
Let your thoughts like steam just evaporate and float up and out,
Noticing anything that's gripping or holding,
Just see if you can just let that go a little bit.
And what would happen if you almost took an elevator from your head down into your heart center,
Letting that light reside in the heart center.
Really connecting with that heart,
Noticing how the heart,
This muscular organ,
Is always beating.
Take a moment of gratitude for your heart,
You can even place your hand on your heart.
And in this moment,
Without thinking,
Just feeling,
How does wholeness feel in your heart?
When you feel whole and complete,
Just as you are,
How does it feel in your heart?
Is there a word that you can associate with this heart centered feeling?
Take three deep and long intentional breaths with this feeling in your heart and in your breath and breathe it into your body.
A few more here,
Connecting with the heart as one with the earth,
Trusting your experience,
Just breathing and being here,
Letting that wholeness fill every single breath and every exhale,
Let that wholeness ground you in even more.
