Olivia was an Expressive Arts and Wellness Counsellor and a member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association. She held an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen’s University in Belfast and was a graduate of the post-graduate diploma program at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute. Her work included supporting children, adolescents, individuals, and groups, with a particular focus on marginalized and underprivileged communities, as well as trauma survivors. Olivia was also a certified Qigong teacher, sharing the art of moving meditation as part of her holistic approach to wellbeing. Her contributions continue to support and inspire members of the Insight Timer community through the practices she shared.
