So often it is hard to keep our hearts open and loving towards others and even to ourselves. This is a gentle loving kindness meditation to help with that. When I do this meditation with clients in workshops at the end of the meditation I ask them to make two art pieces out of clay or model magic. You can use whatever is available to you. A pen or pencil and two pieces of paper will work nicely too. 1. First make an image that represent your heart 2. Then create an image that represents the current boundary around your heart. Try meditating to this meditation for two weeks, only making the two images after the first meditation and then again after two weeks. How have the images changed?
