Hi everyone,
This is a meditation for revealing deep truths to yourself and I find it's helpful if you're looking for a way forward in your life and you need to speak to your own wise inner voice.
So I'd like you to find a comfortable position,
Either laying down or a seated meditation position and close your eyes if you feel comfortable or just simply let your eyes go out of focus and feel where your body makes contact with the floor.
And notice how the ground is supporting you.
Just simply be aware of your breath,
Your in-breath and your out-breath.
You do not need to change your breath in any way.
Just breathe in and out and let all the tension drain away from your body.
Now I want you to begin deepening your breath.
Breathe into your heart.
As you breathe into your heart,
You see your heart open like a flower.
You see the light deep within.
The light within is the essence of who you are.
Ask the light,
Who am I?
What are the things I need to know right now?
What are the hidden truths that I need to know?
How do you know?
How do I be gentle with myself?
What is the way forward?
How do I be gentle with myself?
Bask in your heart's light.
Bask in the beauty and truth revealed to you.
Feel how the light loves you and you with.
Thank your inner light for revealing deep truths to you.
And slowly bring your attention back to your breath.
Your in-breath and your out-breath.
Slowly bring your attention back to the room.
Any sounds you may hear.
The feel of the temperature of the air on your skin.
You can wiggle your fingers and toes.
And stretch.
And open your eyes if you haven't already.
