I have experienced abandonment throughout my childhood and even into adulthood. My oldest child (35) has for the last year cut me out of her life along with my 4 grandchildren without any explanation. Not that an explanation would help, I know my daughter suffers from a mental illness. It just as the meditation speaks of feels like a hollow ghostly hole in my heart that has an ache that is indescribable.
This meditation was so powerful for me, I was brought to tears. I listened to the words that came to me from the Mother that I needed to hear and felt a sense of calm and acceptance I have yet to experience. I will be coming back to this one as I know I will continue to experience and be with this heartbreak.
