Hi everyone,
This is a healing meditation for making positive changes in your life.
I'd like you to find a comfortable position,
You may lie down or find a comfortable seated meditation and just close your eyes if you feel comfortable or you can simply let your eyes go out of focus.
Feel where your body makes contact with the floor,
Notice how the ground is supporting you.
Simply be aware of your breath,
Your in breath and your out breath.
You do not need to change your breath in any way.
Just breathe in and out and let all the tension drain away from your body.
Now I want you to begin deepening your breath.
Know that as you breathe in,
You're bringing in vitality and healing energy into your body.
And as you breathe out,
Release negative thoughts,
Beliefs about yourself,
Toxins and any stress.
Then follow your breath and gently repeat to yourself on the in breath,
Bringing in vitality and healing.
And on the out breath,
Releasing negative thoughts,
Beliefs about self,
Toxins and stress.
Bringing in vitality and healing,
Releasing negative thoughts,
Beliefs about self,
Toxins and stress.
Bringing in vitality and healing,
Releasing negative thoughts,
Beliefs about self,
Toxins and stress.
Feel the healing energy as it flows through your body.
Feel it warming your whole body right to the core of your being.
See your whole body glowing with healing energy and feel it as it pushes all negativity away.
I want you to invite more healing energy into you from the crown of your head.
Invite heavenly healing energy in.
Feel it flow over your body from the top of your head to your neck and your shoulders,
All the way down your arms to your hands.
Feeling the warmth and love of that energy.
Feel it as it fills your chest and your heart.
As it fills your heart,
Know how precious and valuable you are.
You may wish to place a hand over your heart and say to yourself,
I know how precious and valuable I am.
I am loved and I love myself.
I know how precious and valuable I am.
I am loved and I love myself.
I know how precious and valuable I am.

I know how precious and valuable I am.
I am loved and I love myself.
Feel the healing energy move down the rest of your body to your stomach and hips.
Then feel it flow down your thighs and calves and into your feet.
Your whole body is filled with healing heavenly energy.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the healing and the peace it offers.
Fully embrace it.
Fully embrace the warmth,
The healing and the peace.
Now I want you to slowly bring your attention back to your breath.
Your in breath and your out breath.
Slowly bring your attention back to the room.
Any sounds you may hear.
Feel the temperature of the air on your skin.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch and open your eyes if you haven't already.
