We start this chakra meditation with a short breathing exercise to match the length of the inhale and exhale. We visit the seven 'main' chakras starting at the bottom of our spine up to the crown of our head. A journey from 'Grounding' up to 'Oneness'. During the meditation, you can see if that particular chakra, the place in your body, the theme, the colour, or the words, illicit a response in body or mind. Through this scan, you can establish for yourself if certain chakras need strengthening.
