I am a meditation teacher and a therapist.
And I welcome you to this meditation with a lot of love and with a lot of blessings.
The name of this meditation is Quantum Sleep.
And let me begin by explaining to you what is this concept of Quantum Sleep.
Quantum is the term which not only takes into account the physical reality that we live in,
But also the universe which is beyond our five senses.
It also refers to the multiple dimensions and parallel universes.
In this sleep meditation,
I will guide you through a journey into a parallel universe,
Where your parallel self exists.
In these zillions of parallel universes,
Every possible parallel self of yours exists.
You might be a doctor in a particular universe,
A meditator in another,
An artist,
A healer,
A gym instructor,
Etc.
In one of these parallel universes,
You are a sleep expert.
You know the art of experiencing quality sleep.
In tonight's meditation,
You will travel to this particular universe and you will meet your parallel self,
Who is this sleep expert.
So I believe now it's a good time to begin the meditation.
But before we begin,
I want to tell you that I love you.
I believe that there is a connection between us,
Because of which we have met for this meditation.
So now I would request you to lie down in a very comfortable position.
For now,
I would request you to keep your eyes open.
I will prompt you to close them soon.
And as you are lying down with your eyes open,
Just see what is there in front of your eyes.
You might be staring at the wall,
Or you might be staring at your roof,
Or you might be staring into the darkness.
With your eyes open,
Scan whatever is there in front of you.
Scan the entire wall or roof,
And the corners of it.
If it is too dark and you can't see anything,
Just gaze into the darkness.
Let your gaze be a soft gaze.
Don't strain your eyes.
And now bring your awareness to a single point.
A single point on the roof.
A single point on the wall,
Or a single point in the darkness.
And just gaze at this point for some time.
And now gradually,
Close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your own body.
Feel the weight of your body on the mattress.
One by one,
Relax each and every part of your body.
First,
Bring your awareness to your head.
And feel your head relaxing.
Bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders.
And feel your neck and shoulders relaxing.
Now bring your awareness to your chest and abdomen.
And feel your chest and abdomen relaxing.
Relax your arms and hands now.
Relax your back.
Relax your back.
Relax your pelvis and hips.
Relax your thighs and knees.
Relax your calves and feet.
And now bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
And as you do so,
Let your awareness follow the flow of your breath in through your nose into your windpipe,
Into your lungs and back from your lungs through your windpipe and out through your mouth.
And now bring your awareness to your chest and abdomen.
If you find your awareness distracted,
Without any judgment,
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
And now bring your awareness to your chest and abdomen.
Take a few more deep breaths.
And now bring your awareness to your chest and abdomen.
And now let's set an intention for this meditation.
Let's set an intention for sleep.
I will be saying the words of intention and either you can repeat after me or just feel my words deeply.
I give deep rest and relaxation to my mind and my body.

And now let's begin our quantum journey together.
We will take your consciousness beyond this universe and into a parallel universe.
So in your mind's eye,
Now imagine that your awareness is outside your body.
Your consciousness is outside your body and it is hovering over your body as if you are looking at your own body from above.
Look at yourself from above,
Lying down with your eyes closed.
You can now expand your consciousness and let your awareness be on top of your house.
Looking down at your house from above,
You are now having a bird's eye view of your own house.
Look at the details of your house from above.
And now further expand your consciousness and look at the area in which you live from above.
Have a bird's eye view of your entire area.
And see what is happening in your area.
And now move your consciousness up further and have a bird's eye view of your entire city or town.
Look down below at your city or town and see what's happening there.
And now further expand your consciousness and look at your entire country.
And now move your consciousness up further and look at the entire earth in front of you,
As if you are watching earth from space.
See the planet revolving.
And now your consciousness is floating in space.
You are looking at the moon.
You are looking at the stars in the background.
Your consciousness is now moving across the entire solar system,
Going past all the planets.
And now in your mind's eye,
See the entire solar system in front of you.
With the sun at the centre and all the planets revolving around the sun.
And now further expand your consciousness and look at the entire galaxy in front of you.
The Milky Way galaxy.
The white cloud floating in the night sky with all the star systems revolving around the centre of the galaxy.
And now further expand your consciousness and look at a huge cluster of galaxies in the night sky.
Millions and billions of galaxies in front of you.
And now your consciousness is ready to jump into another parallel universe.
Now imagine that there is a tunnel in front of you.
Your awareness is entering this tunnel.
And moving across the tunnel.
And you see light at the end of the tunnel.
And you exit the tunnel.
Now you have entered the parallel universe.
You can see a lot of galaxies in front of you.
And consciousness is now moving closer to the Milky Way galaxy.
And you can see the Milky Way galaxy in front of you.
Your consciousness can now see the solar system in front of you.
Which is a parallel version of our solar system.
You can see the sun at the centre and the planets revolving around.
And now your consciousness has entered the solar system.
And you can see earth in front of you.
A parallel version of the earth.
Your consciousness moves closer as you can see your country.
Your awareness is moving down.
As you can see your city or town.
You can now see your house from above,
A parallel version of your house.
And now your consciousness has entered this parallel version of your house from the roof.
And you can see your parallel self sleeping on the bed.
This person is your parallel self.
And this person is a sleep expert who is sleeping deeply.
Who is experiencing quality sleep.
You can see that your parallel self has created a sleep sanctuary.
It is a beautifully decorated room designed for quality sleep.
Visualise this room in your mind's eye.
This is your new sleep sanctuary.
See what all is there in your sanctuary.
And now you decide to enter the body of your parallel self.
So that you also can become a sleep expert.
Your consciousness is now moving into the body of your parallel self.
And now you have embodied your parallel self.
You have become your parallel self.
You are a sleep expert now.
Feel the rest and relaxation that your new self is experiencing.
We will now enter a phase of silence.
Just listen to the music in the background and gradually drift off to the world of sleep.
