Are you short on time? One deep breath is enough to settle your mind and your body. Take a moment to breathe deeply, in and out, shift your mindset, reset your focus, and instantly calm your body. That is meditating.

One breath.

Take one deep breath.

Feel it come in through your nose,

Expand your chest,

And travel slowly back out again.

Sometimes we don't have time to sit and meditate,

But if you can focus on just one breath,

It can instantly calm your mind and body.

There are so many circumstances and situations beyond our control,

But we can always control our breathing.

If you have time to link one breath to a second breath and a third,

Then that's even better.

But if you just have time for one breath,

Focus on that.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

It's the fastest,

Easiest way to get calm.

That's meditating.

Short n sweet. Perfect for those that say they can't meditate or don't have time to meditate. It's easy to feel the difference in state of calm in just a pause for the cause. Small investment with a big reward.
