Guides & Angels
You are not alone in this Universe. In fact, as you work though this lesson, you’ll come to understand that this Universe is a pretty crowded place. Guides and angels and other entities abound, especially once you know how to see and hear them.
In this first lesson, we will experience one of the most fun, rewarding, comforting, and beautiful aspects of intuition—meeting your spirit guides and angels. Each of us will communicate with an absolutely unique mix of entities. However, in general, the guides that you might expect to see may include:
• Spirit guides are entities who usually look fairly human. They may be timeless, young or ancient.
• Angels are the Divine messengers you read about in the holy texts of most religions.
• Ascended teachers are master teachers who don't present as comfortingly "human" as your everyday spirit guides.
• Saints and holy beings such as Jesus, Buddha, Kwan Yin—sacred beings and entities from all kinds of cultures and belief systems.
• Other guides who may appear as mystical, magical, unidentifiable, and possibly from other dimensions.

• Your spiritual teacher who helps you with your spiritual understanding
• Your mystic guide who helps you journey in different dimensions

• Who are these guides and angels you contacted?
• What if you think you saw spirit guides—but you’re not sure?
• What if guides or angels did make themselves known—but it’s all kind of hazy?
• What if something different happened for you?
We'll work on answering these questions, building trust in your experience, and notice what's happening for you.

In this meditation, you will work with your primary guides once again (your earth guide, spiritual guide and mystic guide). This time, you will receive a symbolic object that offers guidance to you in your life.

You may experience all of these, or some of these, or something else may happen. Be open to your experience, and be present to what is.

The Beloved Departed
In this Lesson, you're going to enter in to a layer or level of consciousness where you can communicate with the departed—those who have passed on. This may include ancestors, family, friends and even departed you don't know.
You're going to be surprised how simple this is, and how similar to what you've already learned. You will be reaching the Beloved Departed—those who have transitioned who you know well, who you love and who love you.

This meditation will take you into contact with the Beloved Departed—those who have transitioned who you know and love, and who know and love you. As we enter in to work with the Beloved Departed, remember that we’re going to set an energetic boundary of Divine Access Only. Remember also, as with everything you’ve experienced here, the experience you will have now will be easy, light, and love-filled.
