Very helpful reminder - I’ve noticed I tend to cycle. I’ll allow myself adequate rest, unconsciously add in seemingly small activities with their effects gradually wearing me down. Then I’ll be intentional about allowing myself adequate rest… I benefit from periodic reminders. Thank you!
