Today we're talking about the world is created for your joy.
And here is what the channeling was.
Have you forgotten what a miracle is?
Try to remember.
All your worries and concerns are merely illusion.
The moment you turn your attention to something real,
The ocean waves,
The mist of the sea,
The sky blazing with light,
The wild sound of your own laughter.
All your worries go away.
To be awestruck by the world is how you are meant to live.
The great teacher Ram Dass passed a little while back and of course he was so well known for his idea,
His book,
Be Here Now.
And that's what I think this channeling is inviting us to look at.
Have you forgotten what a miracle is?
Well,
Of course we forget every second of every day we forget what a miracle is because we're so busy in our minds,
We're so busy in our brain.
Humans are interesting because they're very task oriented.
They want to be busy and have this sense of purpose.
And the way that they find this sense of purpose is this idea that if they do a lot,
If they do a lot,
Whether it's physical work or mental work,
That that's more valuable than not doing something.
Now of course there's some level of doing that we have to have,
But a lot of what we do is just made up activity.
It's just like busy,
It's the ultimate busy work.
And the soul is kind of like saying,
I don't need the busy work.
A lot of what this is referring to relates to how we spend our time,
Especially now,
Scrolling through our screens,
Going through our phones,
Just being non-present in all these situations that are beautiful when we become present to them.
For example,
If you're waiting in a line somewhere at a restaurant,
Let's say,
To get your food,
And you're on your phone,
Of course this is something everybody's doing,
You're on your phone,
You're scrolling,
You're scrolling,
And you might miss seeing some beautiful interaction or noticing something or being aware of a feeling going on in the restaurant,
Because you've disassociated yourself into the screen world.
And what this channeling is saying is the world is created for your joy,
There's no reason to disassociate out of it,
Put the screen down,
Become calm,
And just kind of be with what's happening.
It's a much more interesting way to live.
Now,
What I've kind of noticed is that a lot of people in this pairing up of anxiety and disassociating,
So a lot of you guys are so sensitive,
These beautiful empaths and intuitives and sensitives,
And so you have anxiety when you go out into the world because all that energy is coming in at once,
And so you disassociate into your phone,
Almost like it's like a little protective thing,
You could just jump into that world,
So you don't have to be aware of the world around you.
But what it is is that the world is around you,
You can't escape from being here now.
You're here now whether you're appreciating it or ignoring it,
It remains the same.
So it's this beautiful invitation,
All your worries and concerns are merely illusion,
The moment you turn your attention to something real,
All your worries go away,
And this realness could be nature,
Or this realness could just be the people around you,
Or the situation you're in,
Just allowing yourself to be fully there.
And this is this way to be awestruck by the world is how you are meant to live.
