Today, we focus on enhancing our self-expression as introverts. Self-expression goes beyond words and encompasses our whole selves. We'll explore holistic authenticity and end with a gentle affirmation practice.

Sensitivity
Today, we focus on our sensitivity as a valuable asset that brings us peace and enhances our lives. This session will cover strategies to help introverts enjoy social situations while maintaining their need for harmony and peace. We will conclude with a gentle affirmation practice.

Belonging
Today, we examine our relationships, specifically, what belonging means to us. We reflect on the special people in our lives with whom we can be more vulnerable and deepen our connections. We will embrace the opportunity to be truly seen and understood through gentle affirmations.

Encouragement
We wrap up with encouragement and reflect on what we've learned. Today, we observe our thoughts about ourselves without judgment. When we encounter critical thoughts about our personality and needs, we label them. We will end by breathing in empathy, understanding, and appreciation for ourselves, recognizing our beauty and capabilities.
