I know how much you carry,

My love.

Easing up a little bit in your body and mind right now,

My love.

Where can you soften just a little bit,

Just for now,

In your body?

What feelings arise when you ask your body to soften?

Soften the tightness within you.

Release all the holding,

The tension and the control with your breath.

Softening your shoulders,

Your jaw and your forehead.

Sending your breath down deep into your belly and releasing again and again.

There is no trying,

Controlling,

Praying,

Learning or pushing needed right now.

What do you need right now,

My love?

You have permission to feel,

Acknowledging,

Feeling,

Allowing,

Nothing else is needed in this moment.

Just let go and release all the holding in your body,

Your heart and your mind.

Letting life settle down like a leaf in the autumn,

Swirling down slowly.

Just let your thoughts and emotions cascade within you without repression and without control.

This is not work.

This is acknowledgement and allowing,

The truth of what you are feeling,

Acknowledging all that you have been carrying and letting it go.

It is ok to let it all out,

To just be,

To just feel whatever you need to feel,

The softening of acknowledgement melting into you like warm oil.

Simply soften from the inside out.

I will leave you now for a minute to soften just a little more and when feelings come up,

Ask your body to soften around them,

Acknowledging them.

Continue to breathe and take this time to rest,

To be,

Slowly,

Softly going back into your day.
