Do you often feel like you are stuck cycling through the same self limiting beliefs, behaviors and habits? Our shadows are often described as pieces of our subscious that show up as patterns of self-destructive behaviors or beliefs that have become a part of who we think we are and what we think we are capable of achieving and or becoming in a way that limits our growth. Each of us carry a certain amount of capacity to experience our shadows but with support and awareness of our bodies cues and sensations we can expand that capacity to hold more space for ourselves. If you feel dragged down, depressed or get caught up in self sabotage but want to learn how to expand your capacity and heal from old wounds then this shadow work series is for you. In Exploring the Shadow Self I will walk you through your shadows in a safe and supportive container. Each day of this three day exploration will include a short instruction, a guided somatic meditation practice and journaling prompts to deepen your self inquiry. Day One I will walk you through what it means to explore your shadows, day two you will learn how to embrace your shadow aspects while feeling safe and grounded and day three you will learn how to embody your shadow aspects and create a thriving ecology within that is harmonious of your light and your darkness. This is a great series to create awareness around the pieces of you that have you stuck in a pattern or a belief so you can move past them and better create a life that allows you to thrive. Each day you will experience a somatic breath and meditation practice followed by some prompted writing practices to explore your experience deeper.
Kristina is Certified Holistic Coach helping women to remember their divine wisdom through Somatic Embodiment practices such as breathwork and meditation. She is a yoga teacher and specializes in trauma and addiction.

Exploring Your Shadow
Day one of Exploring Your Shadow self you will walk through a somatic exploration of your shadow through a meditation practice that includes connecting to the breath and the body to engage your awareness.
Les 2
Embracing The Shadow
In day two you will learn how to Embrace Your Shadow through expanding your capacity to sit with the somatic experience of your current awareness by learning how to be accepting of your shadow aspects.
Les 3
Embodying Your Shadow
In day three you will learn how to fully embody both your light and your dark to create a thriving ecology within that allows you to fully hold space for all the aspects of who you are at your essence.

This course helped me process a difficult situation, be in touch with my shadow that was arising in this situation and bring commpassion and acceptance to my shadow and myself.

This was effectively constructed with useful journal prompts. My journey with shadow is very new and this feels more appropriate for those who are more in touch with their shadow. I enjoyed day 3, allowing my higher self to get involved in the conversation.
