Hello,

Welcome to this meditation practice.

Today I would like to offer you the opportunity to come home to your wholeness.

There are many parts of us that become misplaced in this life.

Parts that become broken and seem unrepairable or become lost for so long we forget they were even a part of us.

A coming home to wholeness is reclaiming these parts.

Coming home to wholeness is a rebirth of parts pushed or hidden away.

It is not new but a renewal of self.

The self that was always whole and always enough.

The self that took breath with ease,

That felt no need to escape or run from what it saw in itself.

The self knew its wholeness,

Was not flawed by what it was told but rather unique in its self's ability to not be conformed or abided by what it was supposed to be or supposed to do.

Only when it was forced to change and hide and resent itself did it begin to disappear.

And in quiet whispers that articulate sadness and self-hatred,

Lack of will and faith,

It calls to you.

It calls for your attention and for your need to see it,

To hear it and for it to be a part of you.

In the places which you struggle to find wholeness is where your wholeness lives.

It has not escaped your soul or your being completely.

Only hidden in the darker parts of you deemed uninhabitable.

If you were comfortable here closing your eyes and going into these spaces and flowing into these places and allowing the body to show you where they live and drawing the breath inside into the darker parts within that are yearning for your attention and your light.

Drawing your breath into you and resting here.

And as you do each time it returns you to the trust that you are enough.

That you are whole with scrapes and burns and holes.

That nothing is beautiful without texture and flow.

With each breath knowing that everything you need exists within you.

All of the love that you seek,

The affection,

The attention is in your heart space.

It's hiding in the place you thought lost.

That even the moon has craters and dust that become clouded.

That even the moon doesn't shine bright every night and yet we see its beauty and its wholeness no matter what phase it is in.

Return to the places which you have forgotten.

The places which your worth lives.

Your self-trust.

Your deepest belief.

Your beautiful oneness.

Your wholeness.

Feel where these live within you.

And do not fear them.

Do not run from them.

Embrace them with courage and with love.

Hold them in the spaces they need to be held and return to yourself.

Being in this space here as long as you are needed,

As long as you are called.

What is Death?

Thank you.
