Welcome to this morning meditation.
This meditation is an opportunity for you to set and create an intention for yourself for your day.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable space within the body using the breath as an anchor,
Drawing the breath in through the nose,
Beginning to expand the belly and the ribcage on the inhale and releasing on the exhale.
Taking three or four more deep breaths like this,
Allowing the morning air to fill the body to release any stagnant energy from your night's rest.
And each breath drawing deeper into the body,
Centering you to the earth,
Grounding you and giving you stability.
And each breath allowing you to become more centered in awareness as you sit or lie down in your space.
Beginning to draw awareness to any sensation within the body right now.
Any pieces of you needing a little extra care and attention this morning.
Simply acknowledging these pieces,
These parts with awareness and thanking them for coming forward and allowing you to listen.
Perhaps now moving into a place of creation,
Creation for an intention for yourself for the day.
Whether it be an energy you would like to carry with you,
A purpose or a creation.
Getting into what it is you would like to offer yourself whenever you are called to this morning.
Knowing that the day ahead of you may include challenges and that taking on those challenges with awareness and grounding will allow you to do so with more ease and grace.
And continuing to stay with the breath as it fills you with new life for the day.
And bringing your hands to your heart,
Laying them upon your chest and sinking into this heart space with a deeper awareness of your loving center.
A place to create intention that is pure and from the deepest part of you.
And as you create your intention for the day,
Using your connection to this heart centered piece as your place of re-centering.
A place where you can check back and reconnect to throughout the day to be within a space of heart centered living and gratitude.
Seeing the warmth of your heart space.
Perhaps you are noticing the subtle beating of your heart.
Perhaps your heart is beating more fiercely in this moment.
Whatever is there being with you as you are.
Seeing yourself and meeting yourself where you are at without an expectation of being more or being less.
Just following a heart centered intention which creates heart centered living,
Heart centered choices that create deeper intentions with purpose.
Noticing here the body's sensations.
Are you feeling tired and still or restless with excitement to start your day?
Are you reluctant and resistant?
And simply just giving yourself the opportunity to really check in and notice what shows up for you without worry or judgment for whatever is here.
Seeing these few moments with yourself before you take on the rest of the world and the rest of your day.
Knowing that you can go out into the day with that deep connection to your heart center,
To your truth and to your ability to connect to this space.
And perhaps just taking these few moments of stillness that you have allowed and given yourself this morning as a way of supporting you throughout your day.
As a way of showing yourself your loving kindness towards yourself and your ability to stop and be with yourself before facing the world's busy,
Sometimes chaotic energy.
And using intention to build awareness of your heart center,
Of the beauty and stillness and truth it has to offer you no matter what you are shown or faced with throughout the day.
Knowing no matter what you are faced with today,
Coming back to the space and to this connection to your own intentions,
To your own heart centered living will connect you to the truest places that exist within you.
And all that exists here is all that you need to know and that matters.
