Before we journey to the elements, Day 1 focuses on setting the foundations of self, creating a strong and nurturing base for the transformative work ahead. A journey of remembrance and self-empowerment, this session invites you to honour the person you were, embrace who you are today, and step boldly into the person you are becoming.

Earth: Rooted in Strength

Ground yourself in safety and stability as you sip cacao and reconnect with the steady heartbeat of the Earth. This session invites you to feel the support beneath your feet, anchor into your body, and cultivate a sense of rootedness. By aligning with the Earth element, you create a foundation of strength and calm that will nourish your journey through the elements ahead.

Water: Flowing with Emotion

On Day 3, we dive into the element of Water. Open your heart to flow, connect and release emotions as you are invited to soften into your feelings, move with gentle freedom, and allow your emotions to be held and expressed. By connecting with Water, you are guided to embrace your inner currents, release what no longer serves you, and trust the natural rhythm of your own intuition.

Fire: Ignite and Transform

On Day 4, we step into the element of Fire. Awaken your inner flame in this ceremony of courage and transformation. Allow yourself to spark creativity, ignite confidence, and take inspired action. By connecting with Fire, you are invited to harness your personal power, release what dims your light, and step boldly into the radiant energy of your own inner fire.

On Day 5, we journey into the element of Air. Breathe in spaciousness and perspective as we clear the mind and lift you into vision, insight, and possibility. By connecting with Air, you are invited to expand your awareness, release mental clutter, and open to new ideas and inspiration, allowing your thoughts and intuition to flow freely like a gentle breeze.

On Day 6, we journey into the element of Spirit. Connect with your higher self and the universal energy that surrounds you for empowerment, inner wisdom, and radiant wholeness. By embracing Spirit, you are guided to align with your deepest truth, integrate the lessons of your elemental journey, and open to the expansive flow of your own inner light and guidance.

Brilliant, Brilliant course!!!!!!!! My eyes, my mind, my soul have been opened to the elements and what they can provide and how they can guide me on my self-healing journey.
