Cacao Ceremony With Heart Space Meditation

Sacred Cacao is a great way to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Enjoy this ceremony solo or as a group, it will work for both. Prepare your sacred cacao drink (using ceremonial grade cacao) prior to starting (I recommend using a thermos to keep it warm for group circles so you can prepare it before everyone arrives) then sit back, follow along and allow Cacao to expand your experience. This ceremony also includes a beautiful heart space meditation.
