Lift Out Of Isolation
A hallmark sign of codependency is isolation, so your first lesson in this course involves letting others in. Self-reflection through writing prompts, a visualization meditation and a homework assignment are included today.

Emotions = Energy in motion. Today's lesson is to tune into the felt sense of emotion and identify where its most alive in your body. Self-reflection, breathwork, and grounding and loving kindness meditation is on today's menu. This technique lays a foundation for further lessons.

Develop Strong Boundaries
Today we're talking about energetic boundaries. It's common to feel overwhelmed by crowds like going to the grocery store or social events. Even just one person in your energy field can leave you feeling frayed. Today’s practice is called the egg of light and is inspired by qi gong. All you’ll need is some standing space.

Soothe Your Inner Critic
That voice inside your head that keeps you stuck from making decisions, taking risks and speaking your truth- we call that the inner critic. Today's lesson involves using the breath to befriend and welcome that part of you.

“You're either attaching to your beliefs or you’re inquiring” -Tara Brach The goal is not to be rid of, but to become aware of limiting beliefs. Today will be some info about neuroscience and a combination of heartfulness and mindfulness using Tara Brach's RAIN method and my spin on Rick Hansons' installing the good technique.
