This course offers 5 different approaches to nervous system regulation and ways to relax before sleep. Each days session is a guided practice with short description of principles used in it, plus for a deeper and more immersive experience each day features custom ambient music with delta wave binaural beats. There's around 10 minutes of guided practice and then each session transitions into 2 hour long sleep music only mode for listeners who prefer to fall asleep to just music. Day 1 - Hand gesture for relaxing before sleep Day 2 - Vagus nerve stimulation Day 3 - Visualization practice to turn inward Day 4 - Calm breathing with short breath holds Day 5 - Visualization practice to release nervous tension from the body

Visualization Practice For Turning Inward
This session features guided visualization practice to turn attention inward and enter "rest and digest" mode, which is responsible for sleep. Images used in this session allow for a deep state of presence within the body, akin to Yoga Nidra practices, but they can be used in actual body healing practices and not just as a tool for falling asleep. This session is accompanied by ambient music, tuned to 174 Hz Solfeggio frequency and containing delta wave binaural beats.

Calm Breathing With Short Breath Holds
This session features another way of parasympathetic nervous system activation through calm breathing with 5-second breath holds. While calm deep breathing through the nose is beneficial for "rest and digest" mode itself, adding short breath holds on top improves the effect even more. This way of breathing is also known as the Buteyko technique. To accompany this session, we're using 174 Hz frequency music with delta waves.
