The expansion of the in-breaths surrendering to the relax of the out-breath.
Letting go of what's no longer needed.

Layers softening and dissolving on the gentle ebb and flow of the breath.
What body no longer needs offered up to be released on the side of the out-breath.
The body surrendering what it no longer needs.
Letting the body settle in its own time.

The body can just be.
