You You You And breathe out Give the breath permission to flow out and away away,

Like a river,

Out and away.

Letting the body soften as you do so.

Allowing the hard edges of your body to begin to soften as breath flows out.

Softening on the side of the breath.

The body sighing on the side of the breath.

Body releasing as breath releases.

Sighing and releasing.

Everything releasing on the outward side of the breath.

Blowing out of body like a river.

The expansion of the in-breaths surrendering to the relax of the out-breath.

Letting go of what's no longer needed.

Letting go on the breath side.

Layers softening and dissolving on the gentle ebb and flow of the breath.

What body no longer needs offered up to be released on the side of the out-breath.

The body surrendering what it no longer needs.

Letting the body settle in its own time.

Finding its way home to settle here in this moment.

Back home to settle.

Back to itself.

To let the tissues,

Sinews and ligaments of body soften and settle.

The body can just be.

Giving the body permission to just be.

Letting go of what's no longer needed.

As body settles,

Let the mind settle too.

Releasing what mind no longer needs on the flow of the out-breath.

The mind sighing in the sigh of the breath.

Coming back home to rest.

In this moment here.

Opening the windows of mind on the expansion of the in-breath.

Letting space and light into mind so it may soften and breathe.

Giving the mind permission to just be.

As the mind and body settle back home.

In this moment here.

Allows the self to come back to settle.

The self that's been in the driver seat of body and mind.

Let self come home from its journeys.

Back home to this moment here.

Breathing out all that self no longer needs.

The hard edges of self softening as layers of holding soften and dissolve on the breath.

Giving the self permission to just be.

As the body sits back and soften.

As the mind sits back and soften.

As the self sits back and softens.

Into this moment here.

Gently begin to sense the space around you.

The horizons and sky above.

Letting it all be there.

And allow the space to open up.

So there's as much space as you need.

Space just for you.

Stretching ahead of you and all around.

A peaceful calm space.

Even and smooth.

Stretching as far as the eye can see.

Endless calm.

Way into the distance.

And beyond.

Endless calm.

And allow yourself to just be.

So there's as much space as you need.

And when you are ready you can draw this meditation to a close.

I listened to this before i went to sleep and it was sooo helpful and relaxing!! Thank you Linda! Also, I don't know if you remember me but some days ago, i had written a comment on one of your YouTube videos and i told you about my anxiety getting worse.
