Would you like to focus and concentrate better? In this practice, Kevin combines the use of contemplative questions to invite a deep level of thought and introspection, positive affirmations, to evoke a strong sense of joyful contentment, and breathing exercises, to enter a calm and present state of being. Hello and welcome to Focus Fast.

Thank you for letting me support you.

The aim of this instruction is to support your concentration and focus.

So make yourself comfortable either sitting or laying down.

Close your eyes.

Release the tension of your muscles.

What is it that you want to focus on?

What is your aim?

Realize that.

Connect with it.

Now breathe deeply.

Short inhale and long exhale.

Short in and long out.

Short in and long out.

Imagine yourself already reaching your goal.

Imagine you already achieved your aim successfully.

Connect with that picture in your mind.

How does it feel?

What kind of emotions rise inside of you?

Realize that.

And connect with it.

Now breathe deeply.

Short inhale.

And long exhale.

Short in.

And long out.

Short in.

And long out.

Now realize that you are able to withstand all the distractions and overcome all the burdens in achieving your goal.

You can do it.

You possess all the abilities you need to overcome problems achieving your goal.

Just imagine how you overcome distractions and burdens on your path to achieve your goal.

You are strong.

You have all the abilities you need.

Realize that.

And connect with it.

Now breathe deeply.

Short inhale.

And long exhale.

Short in.

And long out.

Short in.

And long out.

Now prepare yourself to end this exercise.

Open your eyes with the next breath.

You are focused and concentrated now.
