Vivian is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher, trained in Alignment and Restorative Yoga. She is also a holistic health coach and pilates teacher, committed and dedicated to helping you heal and connect within yourself through various wellness modalities. Most recently, she has been captivated by the research and studies pertaining to the principles of psychology, trauma, emotions, behavior change and mindset philosophy and is in the midst of now studying in this field.
