For this meditation,
We'll be doing an inner contemplation.
I'm just giving some space.
To notice the thoughts in your mind.
I'll invite you to find a comfortable seated position.
And just gently closing the eyes.
Lightly.
The top eyelid resting against the bottom lid.
Taking a deep inhale in.
And exhale.
Sayonara.
As you notice yourself in this space.
Taking note of what comes to mind.
Notice what's going on for you at the moment.
Without judgment.
Without overthinking.
But just noticing with compassion and curiosity.
The body is light.
Nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.
But just present with yourself.
Right here,
Right now.
And as you're present with yourself here.
Notice if you can pay attention to the flow of your breath.
Noticing the breath rise and fall.
With each inhale and exhale.
Noticing how the body responds to that breath.
Now I'll invite you to check in with the thoughts in your mind.
Each thought passing by like luggages on a conveyor belt.
And if each thought were a luggage or a suitcase,
Imagine it passing by.
Notice the speed of that conveyor belt.
The speed of your thoughts.
And we invite them to slow down a little bit.
So that we can arrive at them.
With gentleness.
With compassion,
With softness.
Can we create space between each suitcase on that conveyor belt?
We create space between each thought that passes by.
How fast are your thoughts passing by?
How much space is in between each thought?
And lastly,
How many suitcases are on that conveyor belt?
How many thoughts do you have running in your mind?
Take a deep breath in,
Filling up the lungs.
And as you exhale,
Sigh it all out.
One more time,
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale,
Sigh everything out,
Letting go,
Letting go.
The last few moments of this meditation.
Leave you in silence.
For some inner contemplation.
A chance for you to notice the thoughts in your mind,
The breath.
And the bodily sensation.
You if you ever find yourself drifting away.
See if you can bring yourself back to the body.
Back to the breath.
And just being a witness to any thoughts passing by.
Remember,
There's no right or wrong,
Good or bad.
It's okay to be feeling whatever you're feeling.
I'll invite you to take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Two more rounds like this.
A deep breath in.
And then exhale out.
One last one.
Breathing in.
And your biggest exhale out,
Letting go,
Letting go.
With the eyes so with the jaw softening.
But the facial muscle was so important.
I'll invite you to gently bring yourself back into the space,
Moving the fingertips and the toes.
And when you are ready,
Opening the eyes.
Thank you so much for listening to this meditation and I hope you have a great day ahead.
