Meet your Teacher

Vivian Fong is an 800-Hour Yoga Teacher trained in Restorative Yoga and Alignment Yoga. She has training and experience in holistic health coaching and trauma-informed therapy, and is currently deepening her studies in a post-graduate Psychology and Neuroscience program.

Loneliness, rejection, exclusion, Exclusion and Shame are deep human experiences. When we feel rejection or exclusion from external events, it can leave us feeling shame that expresses itself as loneliness. This lesson looks at that cycle, from learning to see the possibilities beyond rejection and exclusion, to navigating the shame and loneliness trap.
