Rachel is passionate about teaching HSPs that sensitivity is not a burden to manage, but a strength to embody. Her philosophy: you don't need to be a victim of your sensitivity — you can transcend it. With hundreds of hours of advanced training as a Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Teacher, Somatic Guide and Breathwork Facilitator, Rachel has studied extensively across disciplines including Menopause Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Somatic Movement. After living across Asia and immersing herself in the wisdom of Eastern philosophy, she now bridges science, spirituality and somatic awareness in her coaching and classes. Through her signature Regulate, Reflect, Rise™ methodology, Rachel guides highly sensitive women from survival mode to grounded ease — releasing emotional overwhelm, strengthening boundaries and reconnecting with calm from the inside out. Her body-first approach serves women who've tried traditional therapy and mindset work without lasting change — because for HSPs, lasting transformation begins in the body, not the mind.
