Needed a refresh on limbic system training. Was glad to find this simple, direct and empathetic practice.

A course I’m doing suggested finding a body scan meditation and I found this one. It was perfect and I will likely return often. 💓Thank you 🙏🏻

A beautifully simple breathing-focused practice with such a soothing voice & music. Really helped me drop into presence. For the first time in days, my nervous system calmed down. I really liked the closing gratitude to myself & the several seconds of outro music to just sit with the practice at the end. Thank you! Will follow & repeat. Namaste. 🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️☮️✨🌸

I found the teacher’s voice soothing and supportive. I was really amazed at how much the shh sound on my exhalation helped to elongate it. Many thanks for offering this calming and helpful meditation.
