I so appreciate the immediate positivity and the gentleness of your voice. Thank you for the intro of breathing and the physical manifestation of rubbing our hands together to feel that energy, and placing it over our heart space. Thank you. Namaste 🙏🏻

Really effective, especially for such a brief recording. My only quibble—very minor and practical —is that the presentation of the initial visualization (picture the sand, the water, etc) threw me a little. The questions encouraged me to flesh out details like the possible textures and colors of a specific beach in my mind, but then the narration would include a detail — like palm trees — that wasn’t in my mental image at all, and the disconnect briefly interrupted the process for me. The sensation showed me that some guided visualizations are more guided than others, and it’s tricky to change the degree of guidance once it has been established. Again, a minor distraction in the midst of an otherwise very helpful exercise.
