Hello gorgeous and welcome to today's guided meditation.
Today is all about getting excited and in the right mindset to hit your workout.
So today I invite you to stand for the session.
Begin by tuning out the outside world and turning inwards for a moment.
Taking three deep breaths we're gonna inhale through the nose,
Exhale out the mouth.
Continuing with this practice inhale through the nose,
Exhale out the mouth.
One more time awakening that body inhale through the nose,
Exhale out the mouth.
I invite you now to close the mouth and begin inhaling and exhaling out the nose and with each breath I invite you to truly focus visualizing the breath that you are taking and following its path internally.
Following that breath through the lungs,
Feeling the sensation as they rise and fall.
Sending the air deep down into the belly,
Feeling it like a balloon and recognizing with each breath you're inhaling energy,
Vitality and dedication towards your goals.
As you exhale you exhale anything no longer serving you.
Any sleepiness,
Lethargy,
Emotions and feelings you are ready to release and make way for new sensations,
New energy that will serve you in your workout.
As you breathe deeply I invite you to set an intention for today's workout.
Feeling in to that North Star,
That version of yourself that is her happiest and ultimate self.
How does she get there?
Does she get there by showing up 25% of herself at those workouts?
Not likely.
Likely she puts on those tennis shoes and steps into that champion mindset.
She steps into this mindset where she knows that her dedication and her commitment is going to get her to her goals.
She steps into those shoes knowing that today is going to be a great day.
That we have the opportunity to move our limbs,
Our body,
To get our heart rate moving and with that simple act alone we are honoring this beautiful gift of movement and our body's ability to move.
So taking a deep breath,
Envision that ultimate happiest and healthiest self and perhaps finding a gentle smile on your lips as you realize that you are helping make her a reality.
With each and every choice that you make,
That you decide to take the stairs,
To grab a bottle of water,
To show up a hundred and ten percent for your workouts,
You are creating that very version of yourself in this moment.
So let's honor all of those miracles that our body creates not only externally but internally as well.
Let's honor our ability to move in joyful ways,
To jump,
Run,
Spin,
Dance,
Lift,
Whatever it is that makes you feel joyful in your movement.
Let's find gratitude for the sweat glistening on our skin,
Our heart pounding in our chest,
Our bud vibrating with vitality.
This opportunity to move is a gift and let's make it so.
