Hello beautiful soul and welcome to your guided meditation.
I invite you to begin by finding a comfortable seated position or lie down flat on your back just taking a sweet moment to settle into the body by focusing on each inhalation and each exhalation.
With each breath I invite you to pay attention to the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Perhaps noting the gentle calming nature washing over your body.
With each breath just imagining that you are releasing into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation.
And as you feel this peace washing over you I invite you to take three deep breaths in through your nose,
This time audibly exhaling out the mouth.
Inhale deeply in through the nose,
Exhale audibly out the mouth.
Next time the biggest inhalation you've taken yet today inhale deeply,
Holding for a moment and intentionally exhaling out the mouth.
I now invite you to begin closing the mouth and just inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
Over and deeper into the state of peaceful relaxation.
And as you sit here in your ultimate state of relaxation I invite you to picture yourself on a beautiful beach.
What color is the sand?
What does the texture feel like beneath your feet?
Is there a gentle cool breeze upon your face?
Perhaps a gentle wind in the palm trees ahead?
And I invite you to turn your gaze out into the water.
What color is the ocean?
Is it a soothing blue or perhaps an electric turquoise?
As you gaze out into the water I invite you to imagine that anything you are feeling,
Any areas that come up for you that you are ready to release,
That you feel like are perhaps holding you down.
Feel into that emotion in this moment.
Perhaps any anxiety,
Doubt or negativity that you have been harboring.
I ask and invite you to turn inward.
Ask yourself what you are willing to just let go.
And as you bring that thought up I invite you to imagine that your feet are gently stepping into the water.
The cool waves gently kiss your toes.
And with each wave that comes in it offers a cleansing opportunity to take out that which no longer serves you.
Just imagine with each wave that heads back out into the sea you are being cleansed.
And with each wave that comes in you are being given the gift of peace,
Relaxation and positivity.
The gentle sounds of the ocean align with the slow rhythmic sound of your breath.
With each breath we inhale energy and vitality.
And with each exhalation we invite ourselves to release that which no longer serves us.
This perpetual motion reminds us that we have infinite capabilities and capacity to reset,
To restore,
To release and rejuvenate.
And with that thought a beautiful calming energy washes over you as you are reminded that you can simply decide when you are ready to let go.
Feeling gratitude for this opportunity to recycle that energy to release that which no longer serves you.
I invite you to imagine that you are now walking back down your path.
Refresh,
Restored,
Renewed.
And when you're ready I invite you to bring your hands to heart center.
Imagine rubbing those palms together creating that heat and light within.
And taking those palms clasp them over your heart and I invite you to think of three things in this moment that you are incredibly grateful for.
Bringing your palms back to heart center once more,
Begin rubbing those palms together.
And this time taking those palms gently cup them over your eyes take a big inhalation in through the nose.
Exhale audibly out the mouth.
When you're ready gently opening your eyes bringing your awareness back into the physical body.
